What are the consequences of Brexit for public procurement?

London (UK) will host a discussion on what Brexit means for the procurement landscape at the 6th annual European Public Procurement conference from 12 - 13 October 2016. The event will also explore new models for procurement law and analyse case law at national and European level.

Experts from the European Commission, the OECD, and the private sector will provide insights on evaluating tenders, the legal challenges to cross-border procurement, and stamping out corruption in public procurement. The event will also look at pan-European perspectives and experiences of procurement law implementation, state aid and public procurement, dealing with exclusions, and more.

Interactive workshop sessions will be held, enabling participants to improve their knowledge on key topics by discussing in smaller groups. Within the groups, knowledge and insights will be shared that will equip participants with practical knowledge that can be implemented in their organisation. Registration for the event can be completed online.
