The EFFECT project is promoting the implementation of energy efficient public procurement (EEPP) in Southeast Europe. The project will set up a common framework to support public authorities in the region to design and implement EEPP. It is co-ordinated by ARAEN (Abruzzo Regional Energy Agency).
