19 April 2016, 12.00 - 17.00
Brussels, Belgium

The EU-funded GPP 2020 project will hold its final conference on 19 April 2016 in Brussels (Belgium). Through the new tenders implemented by the project's purchasing partners, the project has saved 250,000 tonnes of of carbon dioxide. Procurers from European local authorities are encouraged to attend and learn from the project's experiences.

GPP2020 partners will present their ideas and achievements in procuring supplies, services, and contracting.

Participants will be able to learn from these experiences through a market format. The first round of the market will be split into different aspects of low-carbon public procurement, such as calculating energy savings and tender models for replication.
