March 2017 European Commission GPP newsletter published

The March 2017 edition of the European Commission's Green Public Procurement newsletter has been published, featuring updates and new resources on GPP across current projects, networks and events.

This edition features a case study on a Purchasing Framework on energy efficient computer hardware in the Scottish public sector, and the Dutch city of Wageningen's circular procurement concept for furniture in public buildings. An interview with ARPA Piemonte's Marco Glisoni on regional networking in public procurement is also featured.

New resources on market engagement, tender models for energy efficiency and criteria for ICT hardware are available via the newsletter, along with a report from a Rebus and ECAP initiative webinar on Circular Procurement.

The European Commission's GPP website is a comprehensive resource for public procurers with detailed guidance, case studies and explanations of GPP legislation and initiatives affecting the full range of service and goods categories involved in public procurement.
