The purpose of this suite of materials (Events and Training, Front Office for SMEs, Video, Guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions, Help Desk) is to promote the use of e-procurement tools and the consistent application of public procurement rules in relation to the purchase of goods and services, including PPI throughout E-Procurement instruments (Framework Contracts, Framework agreements, Dynamic Purchasing System, eMarketplace). The support instruments are directed to PA and Suppliers.
