The European Academy for Tax, Economics and Law, and the European Knowledge Network invite procurement agencies, procurers and representatives of all tiers of government to participate in a practical seminar on public procurement specifications, evaluation criteria and award procedure

Experts from the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy, the German Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food central contracting authority and the City of Bonn will address: the law and innovation in award preparation; problem areas in practice, including dealing with unclear information and lack of comparability; and avoiding procurement pitfalls.
