Sustainable Timber Action in Europe Project (2012)
The goal of the City of Vancouver’s Ethical Purchasing Policy (EPP) is to ensure that all suppliers to the City meet, at a minimum, the performance standards outlined in the Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes core labour conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
This Public Procurement of Innovation Policy Framework describes the partnership and procurement arrangements Rijkswaterstaat wants to use to bring about innovations in its public procurement policy and implementation.
Rijkswaterstaat is also working on an Innovation Agenda which outlines which innovations will be given the highest priority.
Going Green: Best practices for sustainable procurement
This document presents the case studies across the six dimensions of GPP implementation on the basis of one of their core features. However, most are multidimensional and all are complementary,forming together a comprehensive view of what may constitute good approaches to successful GPP.
This guide presents an inventory of the sector in 2017: economic data,
movement history, frame regulatory, practical tools, initiatives, challenges for tomorrow.
The EIB CE Guide aims to:
a. promote a common understanding of the CE concept and related challenges and opportunities
among our financial and project partners;
b. raise awareness about and promote circular solutions among project promoters and other stakeholders;
c. facilitate and harmonise due diligence of and reporting on CE projects by our financial and project
partners;
d. communicate our vision of how the EIB can further support the transition to a circular economy.
How Green Public Procurement Contributes to Sustainable Development in China
Building on the results of the IISD GPP Model, consultations with stakeholders and an extensive literature review, this paper provides targeted recommendations addressing the development areas identified to improve GPP in China. The recommendations follow a multiphase approach offering more immediate solutions as well as more ambitious, larger-scale overhauls of the GPP framework for the long term.
