InnProBio - Recommendations to decision makers and standardisation bodies
The following report was prepared by the Agency for Renewable Resources (FNR), the Netherlands Standardization Institute (NEN) and Biomass Technology Group BV (BTG) and presents useful recommendations to overcome barriers for public procurement of Bio-Based Products and Services (BBPS), which were discovered during the 3-year project term of InnProBio. The focus of this document lies on four discovered barriers and respective recommendations to mitigate them.

Greening state framework contracts – Approaches in the Nordic countries
The purpose of this project was to clear out how Green Public Procurement has been realized in state framework contracts in the Nordic countries, to propose country-specific ways to improve the situation, and to draw a general model of efficient ways to realize green state framework contracts. The target group includes organizations preparing/ making state framework contracts in each Nordic country, political representatives, government officials, consumer and environmental agency officials, and others interested in GPP.
The EIB CE Guide aims to:
a. promote a common understanding of the CE concept and related challenges and opportunities
among our financial and project partners;
b. raise awareness about and promote circular solutions among project promoters and other stakeholders;
c. facilitate and harmonise due diligence of and reporting on CE projects by our financial and project
partners;
d. communicate our vision of how the EIB can further support the transition to a circular economy.
