ENIGMA is a FP7 project that aims to implement a joint transnational pre-commercial procurement (PCP) procedure in the field of public lighting. The 5 project partner municipalities cooperate on procuring innovation. This report identifies in detail the societal needs of the municipalities, which are to be addressed through PCP.

Mapping Initiatives for Ethical Public Procurement in Europe
Report commissioned on behalf of The European Working Group on Ethical Public Procurement and The Swedish National Agency for Public Procurement. the report compiles information on different methods in place to ensure good working conditions in the supply chains when procuring goods and services in the public sector. It shows how procuring authorities work on everything from risk analyses prior to a procurement, to how the specific legal working conditions are followed to ensure adherence in practice.
Certification concepts for energy efficient data centres. Comparison of certification services in the EU
Several concepts and tools have been proposed and implemented at international level to support energy efficiency measures in data centres including energy efficiency metrics and monitoring, guidelines for procurement and best practice as well as comprehensive management and certification concepts.
In this paper, the main management and certification concepts available in the EU are briefly evaluated and compared regarding their practical effectiveness and specific benefits.
