CircularPSP launches tender

The EU pre-commercial procurement project CircularPSP has launched a €5.64 million tender (Contract Notice and PIN on TED) for Suppliers to design, develop and test an innovative ‘circular economy solution’ (CE-solution) that enables municipalities and their staff, as well as businesses in the local economy, to apply circular practices more quickly, frequently, widely and effectively.

Individual users at City and Business are empowered through access to information, knowledge, circular wisdom, guidance and training to act more circular more often and increasingly impactful whilst transitioning to a CE mindset. The solution is to include AI, platform, process, change and upskilling. The tender is restricted to EU and HE-associated countries.

Procurers are leading Circular Economy cities and organisations including capitals with global influence (Berlin, Helsinki, London, Istanbul). Suppliers will gain access to a wide Follower Network representing European networks, national ministries and agencies and further cities.

Interested parties can join an info session on 11, 18 and 25 January (all days from 11-13 CET). The session will introduce the tender for Circular Economy solutions for cities. 8 leading CE-cities (including CircularBerlin and ReLondon) have developed this tender jointly reflecting the challenges they share and consider to be on the critical path towards a wide-scale and systemic uptake of circular economy principles.
